Collaborating directly with Cawley Architects and the leadership team at Felix, an office-wide visual design language was conceived. This holistic approach allowed us to address everything from full-height wall graphics to modular office nameplates with a consistent on-brand theme resulting in a vibrant and modern feel throughout the space.
Thinking beyond traditional wall graphics, each space was carefully considered for its intended use, lines of sight, and the inclusion of relevant content. Providing display areas for awards in the lobby, along with practical elements, such as a floating shelf for seated guests, allowed for the inclusion of warm wood tones in this modern office space.
Floor-to-ceiling wall graphics along the main corridors feature imagery of Felix Construction staff and job sites. The strong blue tones provide visual contrast to their signature orange color that is carried throughout the adjacent spaces. To further enhance these hallways, white lettering presents motivational quotes and provides a wonderful shadow play.
Custom-colored glass dry-erase boards keep everything on theme, and floating panels provide extra writing surfaces when wall space is limited. Glass walls offer ample light and clear lines of sight — but graphics can be applied when an element of privacy is needed.

A recognition wall becomes a focal point, running the length of a central hallway. This modular system is comprised of magnetic tiles, each of which has been direct imprinted with every team member's name and photo. They move along the timeline over the years of their tenure with Felix.
