Repurposing an available space adjacent to the construction site of the Edison Midtown condominium project provided a near-blank canvas to give an identity to Deco Communities' latest endeavor. With just a shell of a brick building, we had carte blanc to design a practical and inviting place to serve as Edison's off-site and original sales center.
By thoughtfully intertwining retro design elements with contemporary aesthetics, the space creates an inviting, engaging, and memorable experience for potential condo buyers, leaving a lasting impression that resonates with a wide range of tastes and preferences.
Working with AirPark Graphics & Signs, the original brick facade was adorned with a six-foot-tall jackalope, the mythical creative of the Sonoran southwest, every bit as kitsch as the Edison brand itself.
Blending practical elements such as material boards and display rails for floor plan options with a playful graphic language was the cornerstone of the space.
